To watch a live sports source with Dashow, add your authorized M3U lineup or supported direct stream, confirm the broadcast plays on iPhone, and select a compatible car display while parked. For permitted content inside another app, use Cast to Car. The source supplies the program and needs an active connection during live playback.

Choose the route that matches your sports source.
For a supported M3U lineup, use Add → M3U Playlist for its URL or Add → Files for a saved .m3u file, then choose the channel carrying the program. For one supported HLS stream, add the complete remote URL through Video link. This keeps the actual broadcast separate from a sports webpage containing a player.
For content already inside another app, Cast to Car provides a screen-sharing route where the source permits capture. A service’s own Cast button may use a different receiver technology. Dashow does not include sports channels or a viewing subscription; the account, event availability and playback permissions come from the source you choose.
Check the actual broadcast before the moment arrives.
Open the event’s channel on your iPhone before the parked break. A lineup entry with the right name does not establish that the current program is available through your account or in your location. Check both picture and sound, and confirm that the source has reached the event you intended to follow.
Keep the complete stream address when your source supplies one. Temporary links and account access can change, so an old bookmark may need updating. Preparing a working channel in advance means your charging stop can begin with the game, instead of spending the first few minutes looking through a long list.
Live video needs a live connection.
Unlike a completed local movie, a live stream continues requesting new media as the broadcast advances. The iPhone must be able to reach the source throughout the watch. Parking beside a screen does not change the availability of the mobile connection or the source server, so test reception where you actually plan to stop.
If the stream pauses, compare another channel and a local clip before changing the output setup. When the local clip plays smoothly but live sources struggle, your next check is content delivery. Avoid promising yourself a particular delay or perfect synchronization with another viewer; live latency depends on the source and the route.
Make the viewing session fit the break.
Choose the program first, set a comfortable screen fit and check the receiver’s media volume. Your iPhone remains useful for selecting another source or ending screen sharing. Keep the session focused on the part of the event that fits the parked pause, especially when the end of the stop is determined by charging or a pickup.
A prepared local film or episode gives you another option if the broadcast becomes unavailable. When the break ends, finish the viewing session before moving on. The practical win is a better use of the pause you already have: the next few minutes of your own game, on a compatible screen in front of you.
