Episodes fit the gaps in a day particularly well. Connect Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby to browse a series by season and episode. The server’s artwork and episode information help you choose, and Continue Watching keeps an unfinished story close. Next Up gives you a natural starting point once an episode ends.

For a familiar daily break, download a supported episode before leaving home. One prepared choice is often more useful than a giant list: you sit down, resume, and enjoy the time you actually have.

Bring live TV with your own IPTV playlist.

Add an M3U playlist URL or file to bring your channels into Live TV. A successful import shows the actual channel lineup, with groups when the playlist supplies them. Open a channel on your phone first to confirm the stream works, then move playback to the compatible car display.

Live streams need a working connection while you watch. The playlist tells Dashow where to find each channel; it is not a recording of the program. Keep an imported video available if a charging station or campsite has weak reception.

Keep your library, wherever it lives.

Files and Photos work well for personal videos and movies already on your iPhone. SMB opens shared folders on a computer or NAS. WebDAV connects a folder library through its server address. A direct Video link opens a media resource without importing an entire channel list.

Each route has a different job. A media server gives you structured films and shows; a network share gives you folders; an M3U source gives you channels. Choosing the right entry in Add makes your library easier to browse from the first day.

For a YouTube creator video, TikTok clip, Instagram Reel, or Safari page, open Cast to Car. Choose your display, start sharing, and switch to the source app. Content must allow capture, and the car needs compatible video output.
